The Crow and the Hen
The Prince had a cunning plan to strike down the arrogance of the enemy. He had laid a net upon the enemy: he had decided to withdraw from Moscow and destroy them. Then all the men, women and children of Moscow hurried home to pack their bags and rushed out of the city like a flood.
One crow, however, did not appear to be in a hurry, and stood alone on the roof, looking down on the town. He saw a hen standing on a wagon and said to the hen, "What"s up, friend? Leaving?"
The hen shouted to the crow, "Hurry up, it"s too late! They say the enemy is coming!"
"What"s that to me? "I will not go! You go away, you cowards! They"re not gonna do anything to me. Perhaps, I will become good friends with those who come from far away, and perhaps they will dine with me! Well, off you all go, and adieu!"
The crow did stay. Later, when the French were besieged by the Duke, the crow did not escape, and was finally cooked and eaten by the hungry French.
A man is often foolish and blind in his own opinions. only a wide range of opinions can help him effectively.
乌鸦和母鸡
公爵巧施妙计要打击敌人的狂妄气焰，他给敌人布下了天罗地网：决定撤出莫斯科城把他们一举消灭。于是，莫斯科城的男女老少都匆匆忙忙地赶回家去收拾行李，像潮水一般都争着出城。
有一只乌鸦倒是一副不慌不忙的样子，它独自站在屋顶，俯瞰着城里的动静。它看到一只站在运货车上的母鸡就对母鸡说：“怎么啦，朋友，要走了？”
母鸡冲乌鸦喊道：“快点走吧，来不及了！听说敌人就要来了！”
“那与我何干? ” 乌鸦说，“我坚决不走！你们走你们的吧，你们这群胆小鬼！他们不会把我怎么样的。或许，我会和那些远道而来的客人成为好朋友的，说不定他们还会和我一起用餐呢!好吧，们都走吧，再会了！”
乌鸦真的留了下来。后来，当法兰西人在公爵的围困中受煎熬时，乌鸦还是没能逃过一劫，最终被饥饿过度的法兰西人煮着吃了。
一个人在固执己见的时候常常愚蠢而又盲目，广泛地采纳意见才能有效地帮助自己。

summer 夏天、winter 冬天。
first 先 先后的先，later 迟一些、晚一点。
人物有哪些？
Grasshopper 草蜢，Ants 蚂蚁。
注意s，蚂蚁是众数，多于一只。
重点的动作有哪些？
一个重中之重：
Winter is coming.
任何正在进行的动作，我们都会+ing，这是规矩。
come = 来临
come + ing = is coming 正在来临
其余的动作分三种：
好玩的、不好玩的、很惨的。
好玩的，dance 跳舞，sing 唱歌。
不那么好玩的，work hard 努力工作、努力学习。
很惨的，shiver 颤抖，starve 挨饿。
我们小心留意：
The Grasshopper sings and dances.
The Ants sing and dance.
发现什么？
草蜢的那句，动作后面加了s。
蚂蚁的那句，动作后面没有s。
为什么？规矩！
草蜢只有一只，于是草蜢不用加s，它的动作加s。
蚂蚁有很多只，于是蚂蚁要加s，它们的动作不用加s。
让孩子多听、多看几遍，再回答一下对错题。
第一题：
The Ants are hardworking.
对不对？
对！
The Ants work hard.
hardworking是辛勤工作的另一个说法。
第二题：
The Ants sing and dance in summer.
对不对？
不对！
蚂蚁们有唱歌跳舞吗？有！
The Ants sing and dance ✅
这前半是对的。
但蚂蚁什么时候唱歌跳舞？
冬天。
所以不是in summer❌，后半不对。
如果改成：
The Ants sing and dance in winter. ✅
那就对了。
第三题：
In winter, the Grasshopper starves.
对不对？
对！
草蜢挨饿了吗？挨饿了。
什么时候挨饿？冬天。
前半后半都对。
再回答以下的语法题。

要加上s？
第一题：
The cat jump_
要加。
因为猫只有一只。

不用加，因为狗多于一只。
